On behalf of the group and all of our workforce, I’d like to welcome you to the Danone AGM, and I declare the assembly open.
As Chair of the Board of Directors, I will chair. I have Antoine Saint-Affrique here with me, the Director General on my right; and then a bit further on, Juergen Esser, the Deputy Director, General and Financial Director; and on my left, Laurent Sacchi, Secretary General and Secretary of the Board.
If you — well, we will now form the bureau, the officers of the assembly. And I call up to act as tellers the 2 shareholders who are taking part in this assembly and have the largest number of votes and who have accepted this, Ibrahima Sow, who represents Amundi and [ Anne-Laure Marinovic, ] who represents FCPE Danone, which is the salaried shareholder fund of the company.
I would like to thank them very warmly for having agreed to do this, and I suggest that we designate Laurent Sacchi, Secretary of the Board as Secretary of this assembly. I would like to welcome the members of the Board who are present at this meeting and also the corporate auditors who are here in the room with us and who, in the course of the meeting will be telling us about their findings regarding the accounts and the information regarding sustainability measures.
